Very unprofessional. I was “accidentally” asked for an extra $100 payment after Mr. Charles did not complete the job the first time. For someone to be cleaning for over 20 years, you’d think he would know not to leave hardwood floors sopping wet. The water was left on the hardwood for about an hour before I could get back. It already damaged the coating before I could soak up all the water up with towels. 100% do NOT recommend him for cleaning houses
I had an excellent experience with Crystal HVAC. The technicians were professional, kind, and exceedingly thorough. They cleaned our air ducts and offered excellent advice on how to improve energy efficiency. Our home's air quality has improved, and we're saving money on our utility costs. Thanks!
