We had to use service of this walk- in clinic while we were there on vacation with our kid being sick. Female doctor , not sure what’s her name, I guess Dr Gil, was absolutely useless, showing no knowledge at all and Dr Marchenko showed incompetence and negligence not able to diagnose with dangerous viral infraction assuming it was strep throat instead. Worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. They try to force tetanus shots on every single person who goes in there and they will not listen to your concerns even if you have something that is a symptom of what you were there for they will try to make you make a second appointment to talk about that symptom even though it’s completely irrelevant to the reason you were there they are just trying to get you to make as many appointments as they possibly can absolute worst. Doctors office I’ve ever been to will never go back.
I find the doctors and treatment approach to be fair for all my family's visits. There is not follow up process however which we would appreciate from a family doctor. It is nice to be able to do walk ins when needed. Doesn't necessarily open on time at 9 they are usually late. It does feel like appointments are a little rushed most of the time. Dr Gil is honestly one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen in my life.
My experiences at this clinic have been a very sad reflection of our medical system. I can’t speak for all practitioners here but the ones I’ve seen have left me feeling helpless and extremely frustrated. There is an unfortunate lack of empathy and care. I have experienced no knowledge or guidance for preventative and/or more natural alternatives for minor conditions. I was explicitly told not to “waste my time” with the natural remedies.
