Absolutely terrible experience with Kristy. Very disorganized. Just doesn’t do her job. I would suggest you not waste your time with her. Was suppose to handle my business account for all year. Told us twice that our taxes was ready and we made 2 appointments. Then she tells us she don’t have all of our information but yet we paid her to handle this every month. Obviously she never looked at all year. She then cancelled her service for my company 6 days before it was due. Absolutely terrible.
