Dr. Powell and the entire staff are amazing! The front area has a play area and movie going to keep kids entertained while they wait. The staff are friendly and do everything they can to make sure your child is comfortable and understands everything that is taking place. At the end of the appointment, your child gets to choose a book and always leaves with a balloon. I can't say enough great things; they really do deliver on customer experience! My daughter has been going here for multiple years and every time she has said her experience is awful. The hygienists are impolite and inconsiderate. My daughter has always had a fear of dentists and bringing her to Powell Dentistry always makes it worse.
