Dr. Powell and his orthodontist assistants were amazing for our son's experience. Unfortunately, I had to deduct two stars specifically for the front office administrative personnel. There were several times that I called to speak with Lisa about incorrect billing, which happened over 6 months. Eventually, I had to call my insurance and then relay the info to her. I knew this was the the right choice for me when the receptionist answered the phone. She went through all of my questions and answered them thoroughly. My consultation was a breeze I felt very comfortable and thought that I was in good hands. Every time I come into the office I am greeted with a smile and kindness. They listen to all of my questions and concerns and address them immediately. I could not recommend Powell Orthodontics more.
