Dr. Powell and his orthodontist assistants were amazing for our son's experience. Unfortunately, I had to deduct two stars specifically for the front office administrative personnel. There were several times that I called to speak with Lisa about incorrect billing, which happened over 6 months. Eventually, I had to call my insurance and then relay the info to her.
