Dr. Powell and his orthodontist assistants were amazing for our son's experience. Unfortunately, I had to deduct two stars specifically for the front office administrative personnel. There were several times that I called to speak with Lisa about incorrect billing, which happened over 6 months. Eventually, I had to call my insurance and then relay the info to her. They provided great service for my daughter with an affordable payment plan. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of an orthodontist.
