I knew this was the the right choice for me when the receptionist answered the phone. She went through all of my questions and answered them thoroughly. My consultation was a breeze I felt very comfortable and thought that I was in good hands. Every time I come into the office I am greeted with a smile and kindness. They listen to all of my questions and concerns and address them immediately. I could not recommend Powell Orthodontics more.
Dr Powell and all the staff are wonderful. They are very friendly and understanding. They get to know their patients and are flexible with the treatment that the patients get there. My daughter feels comfortable there. Dr Powell is very responsive when a need arises outside of office hours.
