This guy was referred to me so I Hired Jay Powell to represent me in court and all he did was waste my time and steal my money. Didi not submit his notice till 55 days after I hired him and only filed one motion, and after I terminated him, he said he work for 5.9 hours for me and charged me 2100 dollars for it. He is a thief and does not know what he is doing. Could not even properly withdrawal from my case. I would never consider this fool to represent you.
