Powell Heating Services came out quickly (same day), performed a temporary repair to start our furnace up again, and ordered a part. A little over a day later the part was installed. Price seemed fair. It doesn't really get better than that.

Highly recommend. I'm very impressed and pleased. I initially contacted Tom for a quote on a new furnace; when he came to do that, he looked at the furnace and said he could fix it instead (saving me at least 1/2 the cost of replacing it). He ordered the part that Friday and returned the following Tuesday to swap it out. He showed me the damaged part and explained how it had become damaged. I highly recommend Powell Heating Services. I had a great experience with my routine deep clean of my oil burner furnace. Tom was courteous, professional, prompt and the price was reasonable for the job.

Tom's customer service and knowledge is unmatched and unwavering. From the time he opened his doors to present he has provided exceptional and dependable service to our "emergency" needs with our now 24 yo furnace. Our family moved into a new home and had heating issues with our new system. Powell Heating did a great job explaining to us what happened and offered immediate results to fix our boiler. Strongly recommended if you need heating services.
