Beyond unprofessional and dismissive of patient questions/concerns
I like Dr Powell a lot. He is a very good and kind doctor. However, his office will not let you use their bathroom and you must walk down the hall, accross the lobby and into another wing in which the restroom is locked and you need to get the code. That is a LOT to ask of your DIGESTIVE health patients who have urgent restroom needs. It's just heartless and a completely insensitive policy. And forget going there and wanting to use a bathroom before your appointment if you need to do so in a hurry. They're locked. Even thoug... read more
