I asked him for an anabiotic or Tamiflu due to my daughter being ill in 41 years. This girl has never had pneumonia and she has severe cerebral palsy. He refused waiting for several hours before he said he would have to see her first, but before this was possible. I had to have her taken by ambulance to the emergency room where she has just spent five days in ICU.

I tried to make an appointment for a new PCP. The office staff member that made my appointment was very rude and snippy. She made me feel like I was wasting her time and rushed me through the information to get me scheduled. I was looking forward to meeting Dr B. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. They will treat you like garbage then blacklist you when you show up **on time** instead of 20 minutes earlier than the time they tell you (without any indication that this is necessary). They're rude and slow and expect you to wait for them, but they have 0 tolerance for other people not being EARLIER than the time they TELL THEM to be there. Dr. Bejarano is great. I checked in and was seen in a timely manner. They do a great job of listening and coming up with a game plan.
