DONOT GO HERE I DON'T CARE WHAT IT TAKES!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! If i could give NEGATIVE stars i would! ZERO bedside manner, does not know what to do when referred with ALL x-rays, information and care plan sent by referring dentist. Was supposed to have 1 root canal turned into 2! The pain was excruciating and he would not stop and left room to go work on other people while in the middle of my work. There for almost 5 hours and left traumatized. I was a patient for an assessment for a root canal. Dr. Zimmerman started and immediately felt pain. I let him know it really hurt. He continued and i said again that really hurts. I said can you not numb it or something? He said he usually does not numb to check it. I told him I had never had a dentist hurt me the way he hurt me and I was 67 years old and had a high tolerance to pain. I was shaking and holding back tears as hard as I could. I waited for over an hour to see the dentist and never did see him. I was there for a consultation for a root canal, and I ended up having to leave because I had another appt. They didn't apologize for the delay or even check in on me once they put me in a room to wait for the dentist to be available. I missed over 2 hours of work between driving there, waiting to see someone, and then having to drive home.
