Consistently poor slow service. I even called ahead. They said it was done. I wait 10 min while a customer gossips with worker. When I do finally get helped. They couldn’t find my prescription that I just called them about.. Sat there waiting for nearly 25 minutes. Something like this happens every single time I use Powell Drug. I use them to support my local business. Not anymore. Walmart can deliver them to my door quicker than these guys can even fill it.
Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful!
