Absolutely unacceptable to be told “no” and your worker to still make entry to our (fenced) property despite this, and treated with the most disrespectful, condescending tone and language just added further issues. Liberty has been made aware of the issue, and I reported to Powell themselves. Not very professional to pull up, walk into my yard and start digging a hole with no notification of who you are and the purpise for destroying ground. Neighbors didn't like it either.
