At one time, I would have given a solid 5 stars to Powell Family Health. I would go there for simple colds or sinus issues. However, this past visit to them was to get clearance for surgery. My surgeon's office scheduled me an appointment with PFH and the day of my appointment a receptionist for Powell Family Health called me and said the provider had left early so we had to reschedule for two days later.
