I have been seeing Dr. Powell regarding chronic tension headaches due to my primary care physician’s office recommending this office. It has been mentioned during every visit that these headaches will happen when I couldn’t be happier, with no stress in my life whatsoever. It even happens when I’m on vacation. Arrogant. Poor bedside manner.
Terrible bed side manner and he talked down to me. Would NEVER recommend him to anyone. Very angry about my visit. I was nervous going to see a neurologist and he made it worse.
Went back to see him after seven years and was told by him he could not find my medical records and test results After speaking to the office manager she said yes they have all my charts but Colby never pulled them. He prescribed an new medication to take and when I said I wanted to consult with my primary care doctor first before taking it he insulted me and said why would you need to find out more about this drug? I will not be going back for a follow up.
