Waited nearly 2 hours. They tried to fix something that didn't need fixing for $300. Told me my car wouldn't even make it home. Called their bluff and have been driving it everyday since. UPDATE August 2021: still driving just fine UPDATE December 2023 still driving just fine, has since passed inspection, I checked the tie rod and had someone else check it, too. no problems. I DONT RECOMMEND POWELL AUTO CENTER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Incomplete job. Prices jumps at check out even when criticle parts are left off your vehicle.

This place is a joke told me I needed a whole new front end suspension, tie rods, ball joints, everything for over 1000 dollars brought it to another shop to find out it was one tire out of balance. I suggest no one goes to these scam artists. They mentioned to me your family's safety is worth the investment. Trying to guilty trip me into paying out. 60 bucks down the road at McKinley Tire & Auto an my truck runs smoothly at all speeds.
