I have been taking my Pyrs to Powderhouse for about 3 yrs.I have used there grooming,boarding and daycare services. Always a great experience. I adopted a new pet and took her to be groomed 2 times with no hint of a big problem. When I called to make a third appt., I was told her behavior was troubling. I would need to bring her early in the morning. The day before the appt.They called and said to bring her at 9 instead of 7:30. When I arrived at 9 it was very crowded and she showed signs of stress.
