The place I stayed looked nice but the when someone was walking around upstairs at 2 o'clock in the morning the whole ceiling popped and cracked loudly and woke us up.
I lived here 7 years. If you have a downstairs unit and must face the abuse of the unit above you, the board will do nothing to help you. This entire Powder Village Condos is geared for units being airbnb. Not geared for homeowners who live there having to endure the noise, non use of the pool, etc.
I lived & owned a lower unit condo, building D for 7 years. Living with the constant bangs of people just walking across the floor upstairs above mine was horriffic. I could hear teeth brushing, using the toilet and sex on the bed above my bedroom. The board did not care, the owners above my unit did not care ( hey, they are making tons of money.) THE POOL constantly full of airbnb. If you live here full time forget about pool and laundry room access. So glad I am gone. Worst years of my life. Drug guy living in building C a... read more
