I was a long term customer, who spent lots of hard earned money at Powder Valley. Personally, I think that their problem is that they have gotten too big for their britches. In the past, shipping was fast (two days to me), and customer service was excellent. Not long ago, I ordered over $600 worth of items from Powder Valley. Real quick, I got an email saying my order was complete, yet it had not even shipped yet. They immediately charged my credit card for the full amount. Great company and will go out of there way to make you a returning customer. Can't say the process was easy, being USPS is absolutely awful. Id spend whatever extra to just get it sent ups, or FedEx. Bill Clinton really made the difference. He assisted me the whole time dealing with USPS. And was willing to ship me another overnight so that I didn't have to go without. I'd buy from them again and plan on making another order soon being for some reloading supplies. Thanks Bill your the GOAT!

Good deals if you haven't noticed. Follow on social media and sign up for their emails. I'm just getting into reloading and am glad I came across their site. Also their people always answer the phone when you call. That's a plus in my book. Items are shipped and arrive quickly although I'm right next door in Colorado.

Powder Valley has been a breath of fresh air. I have experienced some of the worst online shopping and shipping issues ths past year, from set of tires that took two weeks, and each one came different days, to having to cancel orders, and packages thrown in the driveway. Powder Valley shipped quickly, everything was super professionally packed. Exactly what I ordered. Give em an A+++
