I made 1 call to this company to get estimate for a mini split. I called Hulett Electric to see if he could check our furnace and maybe change elements. He said he would have some one come. Powder River came. I did not call them. I was not told the charges. The parts had to be ordered. Days later I got a text saying a separate email would be sent for the bill. I got a text for the bill on May 3rd. I was charged $125.00/hr for travel time. I wasn't told the cost of travel. I didn't expect that much of a charge for travel. The... read more
