We took a Level 1 course through Powder Pro Lab and was one of the best experiences we’ve had in the backcountry. Keith really meets every rider where they’re at and all of us learned so much from this course to be more confident with snowmobiling in the backcountry - especially identifying avalanche conditions and terrain to get everyone back safely at the end of the day. And on a lower snow year he found plenty of powder for us to shred in! We will be coming back for our level 2s and highly recommend everyone take a course... read more

Absolutely amazing experience. I have been looking to increase my knowledge on avalanches and snowpack for awhile and Powder Pro Lab made it an informative and exciting experience. We dug pits, studied snow, related that to the avy forecast, worked on rescue situations and were also able to do a bunch of great riding. Keith “Fish” Hadyk was an incredible instructor and gave us the tools and knowledge to be better prepared for entering the backcountry. Can’t thank Powder Pro Lab enough. This was one of the coolest experiences we’ve ever had. The weather was perfect. Nate, our guide, took us snowmobiling on Cottonwood Pass and it was some of the most spectacular views we’ve seen. When getting started for the day, my friend and I hadn’t snowmobiled before but Nate was such a good teacher. He was patient with her and I and explained how the machines work in a way that made this feel doable and less nerve wracking. Amazing Moto 2 clinic even during this historically low snow year, easily one of the most exhausting days of riding but the most rewarding. Keith really knows his area, I was nervous about the lack of snow but he rescheduled the clinic once from early Jan. and he was confident about the snow mid February. I got everything out of the clinic I was hoping.
