They lie and cheat people, say they are going to do something for you with your mortgage and then everything falls through the cracks. Talked to a guy named Mike, he was really rude; kept on interrupting me and dictating: "Listen to me!" Duh! I'm supposed to be the one to be listened to. Later called and asked for the owner Jerry.
