This a great gym, and the experience has been amazing. Clean facilities, knowledgeable instructors, wonderful community, and the owner is incredible. Classes for kids and adults makes it easy for the entire family to reach their fitness goals. Our daughter came here to become a faster athlete and it has been amazing watching her succeed on her journey. I have received personal strength training from POW where found Coach Andrew to be emphatic and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and bright. The staff is friendly and non judgmental. I have gained confidence and look forward to attend additional classes soon.
Over priced
I joined the semi private program at pow gym in April and haven’t looked back. Not only have the workouts been tailored to me but I’ve seen a significant improvement in my strength and has helped with a chronic shoulder pain. The staff is knowledgeable and very supportive for wherever you are in your fitness journey. The gym itself is always very clean and organized. Pow gym is an amazing small business in the West Loop that I highly recommend.
