I paid a $2,000 deposit in March 2026 for a vehicle from Pouya Auto, with the agreement to complete payment by the end of the month. There was no discussion or agreement that any part of the deposit was non-refundable. The vehicle was later sold to another buyer, and only $1,000 of my deposit was returned. The remaining $1,000 has been withheld without any prior agreement. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise not to do business with them. Do not buy from this dealer... they are selling junk... I'm sure they remember me. Bought a tundra and Ford Escape from them on the same day... Both vehicles have had issues... The Escape now has a new engine to the tune of 9000.00. I paid 9500 for the car. The mechanics installing the new engine stated that it was obvious that someone had been under the hood before and suspected that that mechanic who had installed an engine previously had no idea of what he was doing.
