Disastrous! – I was extremely disappointed by my experience with Poutous Auto Repair. When I wrecked my car, I took it to Poutous Auto Repair on the recommendation of a friend. I should have just sent the car to the dealership. Pricey! – I gave my car to check the CEL that had turned on. I declined the subsequent repairs needed as they were too expensive and it didnt make sense to invest in my old car. The bill for checking the OBDII reading was $120!!! Amazing ... all it takes is to plug in a device (that cost abt $200) and read the codes. And ofcrs call and inform me.

Very quick, courteous service – I took my car in midweek in the morning and waited for 2 minutes only. The owner inspected my car and afterwards went through the inspection sheet with me. The waiting area is small but clean. I'll be using Poutous every time from now on. I was so impressed by the friendly (but it's not over-friendly) service that I told them I would submit a review on citysearch! My husband took his car in a few months later and had similar good service.

Short wait, courteous people – The staff are very friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. There was no wait, but the service seemed to take a bit longer than it should have (~30 minutes for a state inspection - you be the judge.) Only complaint is that there's really no good waiting area so if you come it at a busy time or need any substantial service you aren't going to want to stick around.
