Always thorough, professional and on time!
Brought it in for an oil change. Went to pay the bill. They changed my serpentine belt, as well. Not an authorized repair. I can do that myself, and actually had a new sepentine belt in my trunk. If they had called to authorize the repair, they could have used that belt. Instead, they charged me for a new one, at 100% markup. When expressing my unhappiness, I got a lecture in what a mechanics lien is, and how they can do whatever repairs they want, and I have to pay them if I want my car back.
