This is what we need in pediatric centers, its inviting, child friendly and they are so patient with kids and their staff are out of this world, we met with Tracey who was so kind to us to explain on every step that we needed to take thank you
Wonderful and Welcoming Staff at the front desk. the practitioners here are very thoughtful and thorough. Just an overall great experience for families especially of multiple children.
Mónica Pourrat. Simply because of her I would stay away from this place. My wife went to go get a her medical exam and she was very rude to her. Even trying to charge $100+ for some shot our insurance covered elsewhere and made it seem like it was a bad decision on our part to get the shot at a local cvs where we wouldn’t have to pay. Horrible attitude and rude towards patience. I can’t believe this is a pediatric place with her working here. I hope she doesn’t treat kids the same way.
One of the pediatric nurses here was looking at my privates. This happened in Dec. of 2022 when I was 16. She told me to lay down on the bed and lifted my pants and underwear and then after she told me to touch my toes and was "examining" my vagina or something. Then she told my mom in secret make sure she's not having sexual relations. I don't know the nurses name but she was a female. It's sad and weird that nurses do inappropriate sexual things like this.
Love this place , clean and beautiful , the dr is very friendly and professional, the nurse are always helpful
