We discovered the hard way that the concrete countertops in our new house had a VERY cheap finish/coating. It scratched at the slightest scrape and water that wasn't wiped up immediately left permanent spots. They were all but useless and we didn't know what to do about them. We used POCC on our office front area and a room in our office and they did such a great job. We had a lot of large cracks and when we told them we could still see some they didn't even hesitate to redo the top coat for us and were very quick to take care of anything. The main guy's name is Josh and I promise you will never find a guy who knows more about floors in lubbock. He is extremely helpful to teach us things we didn't know and a little about their process. Will keep them in mind for any jobs we need in the future.
