First time ever leaving a review. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at this store. I was asked to try a vape device to verify if it was working correctly, and despite it clearly not functioning as intended, I was denied a replacement. Given the cost of these devices, I believe it is reasonable to expect a store to stand behind its products and provide appropriate support when issues arise.
