Pharmacist manager refused return or merchandise credit. I will stay with reliable chain. Generally nice folks but unreliable practices. Great way to make money or take advantage of customer.

One star for the comedy. Every time I step into Pound Ridge Pharmacy, I brace myself for the passive-aggressive “surveillance” routine. God forbid I browse the overstuffed kids’ section in peace—within seconds, someone is peeking over the aisle like I’m about to swipe a pacifier. Subtlety is not their strength. You’d think with all the junk they sell—incense candles, dusty seasonal leftovers, and overpriced novelty socks—they could invest in a camera or two instead of sending a parade of suspicious glances my way.
