I was doing to this dentist since I was little, about two years ago I was told by Dr that I have not one or two but SEVEN cavities which I found weird since I have never had a single one before that. Shortly after I made an appointment to get 2 filled and it was $160 with my insurance (not horrible but still pricy). They refused to see me until the outstanding balance was paid (I understood but still couldn’t afford it at the time). Amazing and super friendly. Kaylee, while only being a fill in assistant, made me feel super comfortable and welcomed!! Very lovely.
Office staff is terribly rude. I was yelled at by the fat blonde for canceling an appointment when I had mono guess they would have rather I came to the appointment with mono
Receptionist hung up on me while I was asking questions. Says they're accepting new patients. My tooth hurts and there was no empathy from the administrative staff.
