A company is only as good as the employees since this is who actually does the work. Expert professionals who are respectful, efficient and personable. Karen who owns the company along with her husband Dale is knowledgeable and great to work with. Shout out to Steve, Mike and Kenny who are part of the crew and get the job done right. The service and commitment to our satisfaction was amazing. Many of the employees have been with Dale and Karen from 10 to 20 years. This says a lot for the business they operate. We were kept informed of timing through the entire pool restoration and are very happy with the end result. Definitely recommend if you are looking for excellent quality and fair pricing.
My Pool was completely renovated by pound pool plastering back in 1998...They also redid my coping and tile back in 2013...Called last year to get an estimate to get the pool replastered.......Never got a response after multiple phone calls so I decided to put it off until this year...Called again got an answering machine been two weeks haven’t heard a damn thing from this guy....I don’t know if he has a substance-abuse problem or just don’t do the work anymore if that’s the case you should at least disconnect your phone...D... read more
