Absolutely wonderful gym, Beautiful environment Saj is the man he’s one of the best in the game no one beats him when it comes to training you from knowing nothing to being obsessed with Mauy Thai. Coach Noel is the best in the boxing game as well.
Saj is a great Kru so many champs came out of this gym, technique unparalleled
I had an amazing time at the Muay Thai class at Pound 4 Pound MMA in Pickering! 🥊 The instructors are super skilled and make learning the techniques so much fun. The class was challenging but welcoming to all levels. I loved the intense workout and the supportive vibe of the group. If you're looking to try Muay Thai or take your skills up a notch, this place is a MUST! 💥
