I had an amazing time at the Muay Thai class at Pound 4 Pound MMA in Pickering! 🥊 The instructors are super skilled and make learning the techniques so much fun. The class was challenging but welcoming to all levels. I loved the intense workout and the supportive vibe of the group. If you're looking to try Muay Thai or take your skills up a notch, this place is a MUST! 💥
Booked with class pass, unsure of what I was getting myself into as I have never taken a Muay Thai class before. But the instructor Maurice and owner were so incredibly nice and helpful! Maurice took the time to give me 1-1 advice and tips during class, ensuring I was having a great time. And the woman at the front (I’m assuming the owner) gave me a tour and was very nice! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get into Muay Thai/Martial Arts! Great first experience!
