I have been very disappointed in the last few weeks at the level of service and attention at this place. I have been waiting over a week to have any doctor get back to me about my dogs nutrition. The last straw was when they made a severe error in my dogs medication. they gave me twice the dosage that was on the label of the bottle. After letting them know of this error all they could say was that at least the medication wasn't harmful. that isn't the point! the point is that over the last few weeks they have been very busy ... read more
