Really disappointed with my experience at Poultry Plus. The chicken had a strong sour smell as soon as I opened it and definitely didn’t seem fresh. I ended up not feeling comfortable cooking it at all. It’s becoming so hard to find genuinely fresh chicken these days, and this was a huge letdown. Expected much better quality and freshness standards.
Service at this place, well let’s just say, rude and unfriendly. The mignon that I got smelt off when cooking. I also got 20 chicken sticks and once paid for all the lot including a chicken parcel she placed it all on the counter, when I asked for a bag as this would be difficult to carry she handed me a freezer bag, she then said would be 20c for a bag but I had no cash in me. Well by the time I got to the car I had sticks poking out the bag and satay sauce all over my hands and legs! Maybe teach customer service as none ex... read more
