The chicken at poultry plus is always fresh and of good quality, which is why I keep coming back. However, the customer service could definitely be improved. The staff isn’t very friendly, which makes the shopping experience less pleasant. While the product is great, a more welcoming attitude from the team would really make a difference. Feel free to adjust as needed!

Disgusting, purchased the chicken enchilada chicken smelt off, opened it up inside and half of it was skin and on one end it had bones, ugh never again. Think I will be going Vegetarian since quality of meat ain’t up to a certain standard Also the lady serving I only asked for 1 she put 3 in and it was like a debate on how many I needed, only 1 please.

I bought a chicken lasanga, and when I was cooking it, I had a little taste and was sick immediately. The white sauce and cheese were way past the used by date.I went back and tried to be poliet but was originally refused a refund and lied to about it being made fresh everyday. It's not, I work close by and know that they do not make it fresh everyday. After I refused to leave without a refund, the worker called the owner, gave me a refund and called me a liar. Disgusting, I will not be back.
