We've had 2 pools from Poultney Pools, but never again! Once they have your money, you are off their radar! We're going elsewhere!
RecommendedBest customer service out there, always have what I need And carry out to your vehicle if needed.
2nd pool fell apart in the same way. Was told cheap material and bad (uneven) install is probably the cause. Eating thousands of $$ and putting in a new pool with different company
Pool is falling apart. Above the ground in the ground. Ladder fliats away. Stuff to test was outdated. Terrible.
We are very satisfied with the excellent products and services we receive! Our family got their first swimming pool from Ricky's family way back in the 1960's and we got our hot tub in 2011. They have bent over backwards to help us maintain it and sell quality products. Also Poultney Pools/ Ricky is very community supportive.
what a joke this place is!!! pretty piss poor to send a guys wife home with half the parts she brought in,!!!! complete shit show, save time and money order pool parts and chemicals online!!
