The team is very helpful and knowledgeable with support for my hot tub.
One star for their lack of communication, no schedule for service (so we’re at the whim of theirs) that ended in them refusing all future service. I called to get our hot tub removed for disposal on June 10th, and said anytime after the 13th, and the best way to get it was on the left side of the house. Whoever I spoke to was pleasant.
