These guys are amazing. I’ve never felt pressured to buy. I really appreciate the time they took to help educate me on everything pool related. They’ll steer you to a crystal clear pool!
The team is very helpful and knowledgeable with support for my hot tub.
One star for their lack of communication, no schedule for service (so we’re at the whim of theirs) that ended in them refusing all future service. I called to get our hot tub removed for disposal on June 10th, and said anytime after the 13th, and the best way to get it was on the left side of the house. Whoever I spoke to was pleasant. I didn’t hear from them until mid June when they said they’d tried to call me multiple times- said they tried to get it but there was some water in it and couldn’t access it from the driveway,... read more
