We used this firm when we purchased our property on Manitoulin Island. Never again.
Chris did not follow my instructions, ignored my child's eye witness account of everything completely, fails to argue my case adequately and completely goes against my instructions. Overall, Chris Wardrop, the lawyer I hired through Poulson Law, is terribly weak in terms of using the facts, and evidence and standing up for his clients such as myself, an innocent person being targeted by a child lying to cover their bad behavior and by GSPS, for filing OIPRD complaints against them. Had Chris Wardrop as a lawyer to help with real estate. Extremely nice guy, very helpful and has a huge heart. He helped me deal with what i had to and even gave me some advice on what my choices were in the matter. He will advise his opinion but will always leave it up to you. I highly recommend going through him as he knows his stuff and will be beside you every journey of the way you need him! For sure 5 star review. Couldnt have asked for a better lawyer.
