RecommendedHuge shout out to Chis who has been emailing with me for a week to try and find the correct shoe after an ankle reconstruction. This morning I met him outside and tried on shoes and it was a dream process. He met me with a mask on, and a chair outside for me to sit on. The shoes fit, but the laces were too short. He quickly found a longer pair of laces for me. I can't wait to go back for my next pair!
So impressed with how knowledgeable the employees are. My oldest boy has struggled with shin splints for several years. The staff at Poulsbo Running were able to look at his gate and knew exactly which shoe would work best for him. Voila, no more issues! They keep notes in their computer about what you’ve purchased in the past so they can get you the perfect fit every time. The shoes feel great, I finished the 2019 Viking Fest Road Race over 4 minutes faster than last year and I placed 2nd in my age group! I’m running a half marathon in 3 months and my current shoes were giving me blisters. EVERYONE recommended Poulsbo running and they were right! I went in with my 3 yo who generally wrecks shop. Chris was patient, kind and fast! He checked out my gait, found some shoes and had me run in them. It felt 100% different! I was in and out in 20 minutes, and much to my delight I’ve got 5 miles in on the new shoes in 24 hours and no pain!
