Absolutely terrible. They have shut our water off 5 different times, putting my kids in extreme danger with regard to their health and safety. They do not work with renters or do any form of payment plan, and they lump your sewer and trash service in with the water so you can't just pay for water. The people who work at and run this place are awful people.

I worked for public works during the summer of 2022 as well as 2023 and I can't even begin to explain the sheer amount of nepotism and laziness that goes on there. Every single employee either is related to someone who works for the city or knew someone there. And half of the employees are over the age of 50, could be medically disabled, and do quite literally nothing while on the job. They just sit in their air conditioned trucks expecting seasonal workers to get all of the difficult work done. The admin staff are delightfu... read more
