Dr. Shelley is the absolute best!!! She did both our kids tie revisions and I cannot recommend her more. She was so helpful, cares so much, and explains everything very clearly. She has our upmost respect.
Dr. Shelley is AMAZING, as is her entire team. They truly take the time to look at the specifics of each kid's situation and explain things to parents and the child. They go out of their way to work with other providers, especially concerning frenectomy surgeries. I am so impressed with the skill and professionalism....it is uniquely nice to be heard and discuss things over the care of your child and trust they are in good hands. LOVE THIS PRACTICE.
Well, this is fairly disappointing. I’ve been with PFD for a few years and have always had exceptional service. But recently their staff has been very hard to work with. The most recent issue was scheduling a basic checkup and cleaning service. They canceled my first appointment because of an illness. The follow up was scheduled for a week later. Every time I bring my kids here we are treated with so much kindness from all of the staff. From the front desk, to the assistance, and dentists, it is always a wonderful visit, especiallyfor kids who might have a bit of anxiety at the dentist office! Highly recommend this office!
