Two years ago, I reached out to Poul Landscaping when our backyard was in really rough shape. Jose came out, carefully assessed everything, and even suggested a new landscape design that completely transformed the space. Contracted for aeration and overseeding with mulch. Aeration was completed properly. The overseeding was not done properly. I watched the gentleman throw the seed around. He missed an area. When I questioned him, he claimed he did put seed down in that spot. He did not. Then they left without spreading mulch on the bare spots. I called our sales guy and he had to call them back to do it right. The guy who spread the seed in the missed area and spread the mulch had an attitude and was not would I say, customer friendly. From design to completion, our experience with Poul’s was exceptional. Andrew came up with a fantastic design for our very tired backyard, and the crew, led by John and Manny, worked extremely hard to complete the job ahead of schedule.
