Unfortunately, I sent in a customer inquiry over 6 weeks ago, and someone got back to me saying they would have someone call me. However the person was calling me randomly during business hours, so I couldn't take the call. I replied to the email they originally sent and asked if it was possible to schedule a time to speak. Dan Kjeldbjerg responded and said, "I'm usually available every day between 3:00 and 5:00." I never heard from them again.
I had a very positive experience working with Poul's on my back and side yard landscaping and hardscaping. Andrew, my rep, was a great communicator, paying attention to details. Price was reasonable and I just love my new butterfly garden and patio area. Instructions on how to care for the plants was comprehensive. Poul's is coming back to prep my new trees (4 large evergreen, 2 maple) for winter. I am very pleased with my completed landscape job and so glad that I met Rick Ramoser (Landscape Design – Sales) at the Chicago Home Show!!! Rick understood my request and worked with me. With his accommodation of my one small modification to the shape of the bed, my project turned out amazing and I wouldn't have been as happy if this modification weren’t made. The addition of the flagstone steppers throughout my gardens is awesome and I am really enjoying it! I was also very impressed with the crew who arrived on the day: J... read more
