We had a major landscaping project done by Poul and they did a great job. Project turned out better than expected, but what we were really impressed with was the communication, professionalism, and how well they cleaned up every night. We've done a lot of landscaping in the past I wish I found these guys years ago.

Every employee of Poul's Landscaping & Nursery, I worked with to accomplish an initial goal of trees in our backyard, was professional, courteous and friendly. Kelly, Abby and Andrew took the time to research trees that have a low risk of toxicity to dogs. Additionally, I was educated on the benefit of planting trees from their company, they're grown in Illinois and used to Illinois soil. I love my new trees! I look forward to working with Poul's Landscaping & Nursery on our future landscaping needs.

They did a great job of quickly coming out in order to give me estimates/options for repairing a leaning brick wall of my outdoor kitchen and fridge area. They scheduled the work within a few days. The work crew did a wonderful job and also left everything clean and tidy when leaving. The boss came several times to oversee the project and speak with me. They also provided estimates for other projects that I am postponing for now but I will definitely consider them for future work.

Unfortunately, I sent in a customer inquiry over 6 weeks ago, and someone got back to me saying they would have someone call me. However the person was calling me randomly during business hours, so I couldn't take the call. I replied to the email they originally sent and asked if it was possible to schedule a time to speak. Dan Kjeldbjerg responded and said, "I'm usually available every day between 3:00 and 5:00." I never heard from them again.
