Called multiple times with no answer. Left voicemails with no calls back and it's been over a month. Guess if you're not a multimillion dollar company willing to dish out thousands of dollars they don't want anything to do with you.
I called them two times and the lady said I was harassing them, clowns.
Had a scare and thought wasps were swarming our eaves. Called after hours, left a message and received a call back within about 5 minutes reassuring they were likely honeybees just taking a break from the heat and will move along. If I remember correctly I believe it was Jason who called me back. Was very polite and reassuring. I was able to get a closer look after and confirm they’re honey bees. Thanks for the help, really appreciate it!
Thought I was going to have a good experience after calling last Wednesday about a nest of baby mice in the headliner of my car. The receptionist was friendly and honest saying she didn't know how to personally deal with an MPI claim but would find out the following day from a gal in WPG. The receptionist was able to make a recommendation over the phone for my pest product. When I went a week later, they had my product ready to go for me. Definitely knowledgeable I their field and customer service was on point.
