If your in the market for a new Honda then Poulin's should be the first Honda dealership you stop at. I had a great experience buying my first bike from them recently. Craig answered all of the questions I had about what size of bike would be good for me as well as all the other silly things a first time buyer might ask. I've written a review on here before, and I think it was bad.... I can't find it so it must have been real bad! But if so, I want to retract it. Poulin's has always treated me with respect and courtesy, and I've most always have been satisfied with the Service Department there, especially Scotty. I've had two issues with them, but upon reflection, it really wasn't their issues..... one was a battery under warranty on a bike I didn't even buy from them, and the other was a brake caliper bolt that I screwed up as much as they ... read more
I've brought all my Honda's to Scotty in the Service Dept. He has always done a great job and been pretty quick and reasonable.
Beware! I paid 50$ to get them to look at my scooter (see what problems exist so I can get them fixed). From what I can tell they took that money and looked at it for two minutes. They told us about the oil leak (which we knew about) and did not raise any other red flags. They said that all should be fine with the oil leak if we just keep putting oil into it. Two weeks later we decide to take a look at the air filter (a five minute job max) and realize that oil is leaking into the air filter. They brought no mention of this.... read more
