4.5 stars. Poulich Pit BBQ is a local, family-owned food truck that makes very good smoked meats, sides, and sauces. I was a customer here one time. An employee promptly and politely took my order and payment and then handed over my foods. I had bought the chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket, ribs, cornbread, potato salad, and baked beans. I really liked everything, but my favorites were the brisket and the potato salad.
LOTS of fat in the pulled pork. Good taste for the brisket.
Poulich Pit BBQ has accommodated us twice now for small catering needs (food by the tray) and we've been pleased both times! Easy process, great food and great prices. Aislinn was great at communicating with us along the way. Thanks Poulich Pit for accommodating our needs!!
Me and my hubby for Father's Day had the best take out. 😋
