LOTS of fat in the pulled pork. Good taste for the brisket.

I've always loved this barbecue..I thought best ever..made a trip to Westmoreland county fair again and was disappointed again..same as last year..got the brisket baked potato and it was total fat.. maybe two pieces of meat..for years Ive gotta there barbecue and loved it..but last two years..so disappointed..traveled along way to get it.. very upset to pay 12 for a fatty potato with two pieces of meat.. wolnt come back ..
