The office manager fabricated that it was ADA protocol to have x-rays before a routine cleaning. The dental hygienist claimed she was worried about her license and refused to do a cleaning without x-rays (yes, a dental hygienist claimed her license was at risk if she didn’t do x-rays before preventive dental cleaning). I have been going there for years. My son scheduled an appointment this week. He was texted a confirmation late in the day yesterday and he immediately confirmed. They canceled the appointment an hour before he has to come in saying he did not and refused to meet him today.
Always a great overall experience. Ana is the best hygienist.
If I can put more stars I would! Everyone in the practice is polite and professional. Dr.Daniel was able to fix my biggest insecurity when 3 other dentist said there was nothing that they can do. I can’t thank him enough!!! I want to shout out Dawn my hygienist as well, she is extremely knowledgeable and very caring.
