My experience with Poudre Valley Eyecare was the worst I have ever had in the 60+ years I have worn glasses. I am a handicapped senior and was treated very badly by this business. All I needed was a basic exam but they pushed the full exam they could bill more for. They refused to give a good faith estimate beyond the basic exam stating, they "wouldn't know the cost until the exam was finished."
