One of the worst suppliers I've used. They sent us the wrong items because of a website fault on their part and won't exchange. What a great way to go out of business, now EVERYONE I know in the food business will know about this. News of good service spreads quick, bad service spreads quicker. Not just that, but they have lost tens or hundreds of thousand in future sales. Not so smart.
Ordered stand up pouches for chocolates. Great service, on-time delivery, high quality products. I highly recommend this company . Jennifer was professional and great to deal wit, always responsive to emails and inquiries.
Very disappointed with the service. I tried to buy design services + packaging and the representative never got back to me. I tried to call no answer. Don’t waste your time with this company.
