Je suis cliente de Potvin Service depuis des années et je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfait ! Carl, le mécanicien et propriétaire, offre un service exceptionnel, rapide et fiable. Ce que j’apprécie le plus, c’est la transparence : pas de frais cachés, pas de surprises. Carl prend le temps d’expliquer ce qui doit être fait, et on repart en toute confiance, sans se demander si on a été surfacturé. Un garage honnête et professionnel, je recommande vivement !
Very bad experience here, we got them to install rear brake pads but we kept having to go back every month to get them replaced as the pads had worn down. This happened 4 times and then I went to Autotek which is close by to have another look. The rear pads were installed upside down and had one of the pads was broken. Potvin would not take ownership for the mistake and would not reinstall them. I would not recommend, they also charge way too much for labour. Cheaper and better places in the area
Very poor customer service. Some questionable quotes for work; claiming a bunch of critical items needed to be addressed, after getting our own parts and re-quoting labor only the price was virtually the same. They back-tracked and claimed only some items were critical (instead of all) and our initial quote only covered those items. We priced around locally and another garage did the labor for 1/3 of Potvin's quoted price.
