This is such a great practice. I have seen Lauren’s colleagues a long time ago but this was my first time seeing her. She’s fantastic. Lauren in warm, friendly, but also highly professional - and boy, does she know her stuff. She’s great.
Had a painful buldged disc,made an appointment with Daniel and in just two sessions he relieved 80% of the pain and I had my movement back. Would 100% recommend him.
Kirra, Lauren, Emily & Dan are so helpful, professional. Pilates has honestly changed my life. My pain is now manageable & I feel stronger. The staff, including their reception staff, Carina, and Deb are always happy to assist. Highly recommend.
Definitely recommend this team and there commitment to your recovery. Lara is a professional who quickly identifies your needs and provides a physical program tailored for you. After only a few weeks of treatment I can honestly say I am walking well and this has also improved my mental health.
