I've been very happy indeed with Pottsville General Practice. Both the office staff and the doctor I've seen have been welcoming and professional. A good experience!
Not very nice staff. I hate going there.
Don't confuse HealthOne with Total Health - in the same building but different practices. However, since Total Health have taken over the general practice has totally gone downhill. Wait times are ridiculous. Best to find somewhere - anywhere - else.
Rudest staff and doctors to exist. Every appointment over telephone or in person with any doctor there they make me feel horrible. The receptionists are also rude and entitled and get angry at you for just trying to be nice and get an appointment.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this clinic
